两硬浅埋煤层综放工作面液压支架适应性分析

摘要 以4104工面为研究对象,选取8组液压支架,使用矿压观测仪对其初撑力的大小、来压前后所受的支架循环末工作阻力和时间加权平均工作阻力进行了测量。通过现场观测和数据分析,并与ZF8000/230/370型放顶煤支架的技术参数进行对比分析,得出:在来压时,大多支架受力状况在支架额定范围内,普遍存在支架初撑力偏小。 Taking 4104 working face as the research object,8 groups of hydraulic supports were selected,and the initial load force,the working resistance of the support end and the time weighted average working resistance before and after the pressure were measured by using the mine pressure observation instrument.Through field observation and data analysis,and comparing with the technical parameters of ZF8000/230/370 type caving support,it is concluded that most of the support conditions are within the rated range of the bracket when the pressure is coming,but the support force of the bracket is generally small.
