摘要
碳纤维复合材料属于难切削加工材料,在产品生产过程中容易出现孔的分层、出入口的毛刺和劈裂等缺陷。综述分析了碳纤维复合材料孔加工的主要缺陷和形成机理,同时给出了减少孔加工缺陷的主要途径,概括了提高碳纤维复合材料孔加工质量的有效方法,并展望了未来发展趋势。
Carbon fiber reinforced plastics belongs in the difficult machining material,so the defects,such as hole stratification,burrs and inward and outward splitting,appear in the actual production process.The major deficiency in the hole drilling and its forming mechanisms are analyzed.This paper also sums up the method which can be used to improve the quality of hole drilling and shows the prostects of the research and development tendency.
