基于钛合金舵面的超塑成形/扩散连接工艺 被引量:4

摘要 应用于某飞行器的舵面外形是由多个平面拼接而成、封闭的整体结构,内部为辐射网格式加强筋结构,具有表面质量要求高、对称性好、承载能力强等特点。鉴于零件外形及内部结构的特殊性,采用超塑成形(SPF)/扩散连接(DB)的组合工艺方式对TC4钛合金板进行成形试验研究,对成形后的舵面进行分析,获得了用TC4钛合金四层板成形飞行器舵面的最佳工艺参数。成形出的舵面扩散连接部位的焊合率达到90%以上,空腔处没有凹陷,舵面经过机加修剪边线与模型基本一致。 The contour of rudder is whole closed structure with multiple plane split joint.Its interior is the reinforced structure with radiation grid,and it is characteristic of high surface quality,good symmetry,strong carrying capacity,etc.Because of the particularity of the confour of the parts and the internal structure,the combination of SPF/DB process is used to make an experimental study of TC4 titanium alloy plate and the rudder surface after forming is analyzed to obtain the optimal processing parameters which are used to form the aircraft rudder surface with four-layer TC4 titanium alloy plate.The welded rate of the diffusion bonding area is above 90%,the part of concave is not found in the cavity,and the profile of the rudder after cutting edges is similar to the model.
