摘要
应用ansys workbench15.0软件,建立层压板有限元模型,对不同损伤程度的层压板进行双面胶结修补。研究补片胶结修复对损伤部位应力集中和损伤附近应力梯度的影响。提出用应力集中因子和损伤周围的平均应变对层压板修补效果进行评估。数值模拟结果发现,双面胶结修复后的层压板损伤部位平均应变恢复率在80%以上;损伤附近的应力梯度也大大地下降,应力集中因子明显地减小。层压板在未进行破坏实验用损伤部位平均应变、应力集中因子和损伤附近的应力相结合的方法进行修补评估,分析的结果与实验结果较为吻合。
This paper builds fomded the finite element model by the Ansys workbench15.0 software,bonds its damaged double sides,makes a study of the effect of the fomded field on the stress concentration and strain gradients and assesses the repaired result of the laminate by stress concetration factor and average strains.The results show that strain gradients and stress concetration factor decreases obviously;the recovery rate of the aver-age strains can be up to 80%.The results of analysis are in good agreement with the test.
