现代有轨电车槽型轨道除污装置设计研究

摘要 现代有轨电车普遍采用槽型轨,为研究其清洁装置,设计了一种针对槽型轨内粘附性较强污物的松动机构,利用ADAMS进行动力学仿真,使轨道清洁的过程可视化。针对3种运动情况下不同刚度的扭转弹簧进行模拟和动力学分析,将扭转弹簧的刚度离散化的分成10个梯度,分析了机构运动和污物松动的过程,确定了最佳扭转弹簧刚度和对应工作转矩,为设计出符合运动要求的扭转弹簧提供依据。结果表明:使用该方法优化设计的机构,能够满足工作要求,有效松动清洁槽型轨。 Trough type rail is universally used in modern tram.To study the rail cleaning device,a loose organization for dirt with a strong adhesive force in trough type rail is designed.This article uses ADMAS to do dynamic simulation and make the process of dirt removing visual,and does the simulation and dynamic analysis of the torsion spring with different stiffness under three movement conditions,then its stiffness is divided into ten grades.According to the analysis,an optimal stiffness of the torsion spring and the corresponding operation torque are determined.The basis is provided for the design of adequate torsion spring.Simulation and analysis results show that this organization satisfies the work requirements of trough type rail clean.
