摘要
为探究运动副间隙对某弹翼展开机构动态特性的影响,基于非线性弹簧阻尼模型,建立了弹翼展开机构间隙接触碰撞的数学模型,利用ADAMS软件对机构的展开过程进行动力学仿真分析,分别探究不同间隙大小、数量、材料等因素在机构展开过程中对动态特性的影响,研究结果可供简易制导武器弹翼展开机构的设计及优化参考。
To research on the influence of the joint clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the wings deployment mechanism,this paper establishes the contact gap collision mathematical model of the wings deployment mechanism,based on the nonlinear equivalent spring-damper model,uses ADAMS software to do the dynamic simulation and analysis of its deployment process and explores the influence of different clearance,quantity and material on its dynamic characteristics.The results and conclusions drawn herein give a reference to the optimal design of the wings deployment mechanism.
