基于动网格的球阀流场数值模拟与分析

摘要 为研究球阀内部流场开闭过程的瞬时流动情况,基于FLUENT软件提供的计算方法和物理模型,通过Gambit前处理,利用FLUENT动网格技术,采用动态层和局部重划方法结合Profile运动边界驱动机制实现网格区域运动,对球阀进行了动态数值模拟,并分析了其内部流场中的压力、流速及阀芯受力的瞬时变化规律,为阀门结构设计和性能优化提供依据。 To study the inside flow field of the ball valve at its opening and closing,this paper uses FLUENT to provide the calculation method and physical models and through the pre-treatment by Gambit,uses the dynamic mesh of FLUENT,combines dynamic layering and local remeshing methods with Profile moving boundary driving regional moving of network to do the dynamic numerical simulation of the ball valve,and analyses the law of the instantaneous variation of its internal pressure,flow rate and the force of the spool.The basis is provided for the valve structure design and performance optimization.
