摘要 为实现挖掘机在恶劣环境中安全作业,提出了具有无线遥控功能挖掘机系统。在原有挖掘机的机械先导系统基础上,对挖掘机的电气系统进行重新设计。EPEC2024控制器作为电气系统的核心,直接驱动直线油门电机和电液比例减压阀组,实现柴油发动机工作和行走装置的有效控制。系统通过CAN总线,完成控制器和遥控装置之间遥控指令和状态参数的传递。采用CodeSys2.1软件开发了控制程序,整个电气系统设计为遥控挖掘机的智能控制打下了基础。 To realize safe operation of excavator in harsh environment,the control system with wireless remote control function for the excavator is put forward.On the basis of the mechanical pilot system of the original excavator,the electrical system of the excavator is redesigned.The EPEC2024 controllers are used as the core of the electric system to directly drive the linear throttle motor and the electro-hydraulic proportional reducing valve,thus realizing the effective control of the diesel engine and the working and running devices.The remote control instructions and the status parameters transfer between the controllers and the remote control device are realized in the system through the CAN bus.The control program is developed for the whole electrical system by using CodeSys2.1 software.It lays the foundation for intelligently controlling the remote control excavator.
