麻花钻的钻削参数对钛合金钻削性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为提高麻花钻对钛合金材料的钻削工艺,采用DEFORM-3D软件建立了麻花钻钻削钛合金的有限元仿真模型。应用正交试验分析了在钻削过程中,钻头直径、钻削速度、进给量3个因素对麻花钻轴向力的影响。采用极差和方差分析,确定了最优钻削参数组合并检验了各因素对轴向力的显著性。根据正交试验数据,利用MATLAB软件进行了多元线性回归分析,建立了钻削力的数学模型。通过经验公式计算与仿真数据的对比分析,为后续钛合金材料在实际钻削加工过程中钻削参数的选择、优化提供了理论依据。 In order to improve the drilling technology of the twist drill on titanium alloy,the finite element simulation model of twist drill titanium alloy is established by DEFORM-3D software.The influence of the three factors on the axial force of the twist drill is analyzed by orthogonal test design in the process of drilling,drill bit diameter,drilling speed and feed rate.Using extreme analysis and variance analysis,the optimal drilling parameters are combined to test the significance of the factors on the axial force.According to the orthogonal test data,multiple linear regression analysis is carried out by using MATLAB software,and the mathematical model of drilling force is established.Through the comparison and analysis of the empirical formula and the simulation data,the theoretical basis is provided for the selection and optimization of the drilling parameters in the actual drilling process.
