观察α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨研究α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床治疗效果。方法:选取本院从2014年7月-2016年9月收治的150例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者为此次研究对象,应用数字随机法分为对照组与观察组,每组各75例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用α-硫辛酸,对比两组患者的治疗效果,分析α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。结果:两组患者均有不同程度的改善,观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者,两组患者治疗前后神经传导速度有一定差异,但观察组患者神经传导速度同对照组患者比较更具优势,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单纯降糖药物治疗效果并不显著,在此基础上加用α-硫辛酸治疗,患者神经传导速度改善更加明显,整体提高了治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective:To explore and study the clinical treatment effects ofα-lipoic acid for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:150 cases with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and who accepted treatments in our hospital from July 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the research objects in this study,they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the digital random method,75 cases in each group.The control group was received routine medication,while the observation group was treated withα-lipoic acid on this basis of treatment.Then,the treatment effects of two groups were compared,and the clinical effects ofα-lipoic acid for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were analyzed.Result:Two groups of patients were improved in varying degrees,and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was some difference in nerve conduction velocity between the two groups before and after treatment,but the nerve conduction velocity in the observation group was more advantage than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of simple hypoglycemic drugs is not significant,on this basis,the use ofα-lipoic acid treatment which the nerve conduction velocity of the patient is improved more obviously,and the whole treatment effect is improved,thus it is worth of promoting in clinical.
