实时剪切波弹性成像技术检测下肢腓肠肌的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨性别、体位及踝关节角度对成人下肢腓肠肌杨氏模量值测值的影响。方法:选取2017年5-7月健康志愿者男女各25例,应用实时剪切波成像技术测量受检者仰卧位及俯卧位踝关节中立位时双侧腓肠肌杨氏模量值,以及俯卧位不同踝关节角度时左下肢腓肠肌杨氏模量值,并进行统计学分析。结果:踝关节角度相同时,不同性别在仰卧位和俯卧位时腓肠肌杨氏模量值比较差异无均统计学意义(P>0.05);不同踝关节角度状态下腓肠肌的杨氏模量值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:实时剪切波成像技术测量下肢腓肠肌弹性受不同踝关节角度的影响,性别、体位对测值的影响不明显。 Objective:To investigate the influence of gender,posture and ankle angle on the measurement of Young’s modulus of lower limb gastrocnemius in adults.Method:25 cases male and 25 cases female healthy volunteers were selected from May to July 2017.The Young’s modulus of both sides of the ankle in the supine position and prone position of the ankle were measured,and the Young’s modulus of the left lower leg was measured at different angles of the ankle joint in prone position.Result:When the ankle angle was the same,there were no significant differences in the Young’s modulus of gastrocnemius between supine and prone positions(P>0.05).The difference of the Young’s modulus of gastrocnemius between different ankle angles was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Real time shear wave imaging technique of gastrocnemius muscle elasticity affected by different ankle angle position,the influence of gender and posture on the measurement was not obvious.
