股骨远端和胫骨近端骨折予微创稳定系统治疗的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察股骨远端、胫骨近端骨折患者临床行微创稳定系统(LISS)治疗的可行性。方法:选取2015年2月-2016年3月本院收治的胫骨近端、股骨远端骨折患者81例。根据临床治疗方式不同分为研究组41例(采用LISS进行治疗)和对照组40例(行解剖钢板治疗)。比较两组手术切口、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、手术前后的膝关节功能评分(HSS表)及术后并发症。结果:研究组骨折愈合时间、手术用时、术中出血量均少于对照组,手术切口短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,研究组HSS评分高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为4.88%(2/41),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对股骨远端骨折及胫骨近端骨折患者采用LISS进行治疗,不仅术后骨折愈合快、膝关节功能恢复好,同时对人体创伤小、术后并发症少。 Objective:To observe the clinical feasibility of less invasive stabilization system(LISS)in patients with distal femoral or proximal tibial fracture.Method:A total of 81 patients with distal femoral or proximal tibial fracture treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were selected.According to the different methods of clinical treatment,they were divided into 41 cases in study group was treated with LISS)and 40 cases in control group was given anatomic plate treatment).The operative incision,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,knee function score(HSS)before and after treatment and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Result:The fracture healing time,operative time and intraoperative blood loss in study group were less than those of control group,the operative incision was shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the operation,the HSS score of study group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was 4.88%(2/41),which was lower than 22.50%(9/40)of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with distal femoral or proximal tibial fracture,the LISS can shorten the healing time of bone fracture,recover the knee joint function,reduce the operation incisions and the incidence rate of postoperative complications.
