摘要 目的:通过分析慢性前列腺炎患者病原体感染的菌种及药敏情况,为临床治疗慢性前列腺炎患者提供科学依据。方法:回顾性分析本院泌尿外科门诊的302例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象,对其进行病原体监测,并对药敏结果进行研究。结果:302例慢性前列腺炎患者共分离出141株病原菌。主要为革兰阳性菌115株,占81.56%。其中金黄色葡萄球菌38株,占26.95%;溶血葡萄球菌32株,占22.70%;表皮葡萄球菌25株,占17.73%;凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌9株,占6.38%;肠球菌11株,占7.80%。革兰氏阴性菌24株,占17.02%。其中大肠埃希菌14株,占9.93%;肺炎克雷伯菌8株,占5.67%;阴沟肠杆菌2株,占1.42%。真菌2株,占1.42%。分离出的115株革兰阳性菌,葡萄球菌属达95株,占82.61%,其中对青霉素、克林霉素、阿奇霉素耐药率达90%以上,对万古霉素100%敏感。结论:慢性前列腺炎患者感染的主要病原菌为革兰阳性菌,耐药现象日趋严重,合理选用抗菌药物,以便更加有效的预防与控制前列腺炎的发生。 Objective:To provide scientific basis for the clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis by analyzing the bacterial and drug susceptibility of pathogen infection in patients with chronic prostatitis.Method:A retrospective analysis of 302 patients with chronic prostatitis in the urology department of our hospital was investigated,and the results of the drug were studied.Result:A total of 141 pathogenic bacteria were isolated in 302 patients with chronic prostatitis,mainly for the 115 strains of the Gram-positive bacteria,accounting for 81.56%.Among them,38 strains of the Golden Grape fungus,accounting for 26.95%;32 strains of the Haemolytic Staphylococcus,accounting for 22.70%;25 strains of the Epidermal Staphylococcus,accounting for 17.73%percent;9 strains of the Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus,accounting for 6.38%;11 strains of the Enterococcus,accounting for 7.80%.There were 24 strains of the Gram-negative bacteria,accounting for 17.02%,of which 14 strains of the Escherichia Coli account for 9.93%and 8 strains of the Klebsiella Pneumoniae account for 5.67%and 2 strains of the Gutter Enterobacteria account for 1.42%.2 strains of the fungus account for 1.42%.115 strains isolated Gram-positive bacterium,grape species 95 strains accounting for 82.61%,among them to Penicillin,Clindamycin,Azithromycin resistant rate above 90%,and 100%sensitive to Vancomycin.Conclusion:The main pathogenic bacteria in chronic prostatitis patients infected for Gram-positive bacteria,drug resistance phenomenon has become increasingly serious,reasonable choice of antimicrobial agents,in order to more effective prevention and control the occurrence of prostatitis.
