温针灸联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射对膝关节骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能及VAS评分的影响

Effect of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate on Knee Function and VAS Score in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨中医温针灸联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者膝关节功能、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分的影响,为KOA患者临床治疗提供理论参考。方法:选取本院骨伤科诊治KOA患者158例,按照患者入院时间随机分成两组,每组各79例。对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗,观察组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合温针灸进行治疗。采用Lysholm膝关节康复量表评分(LKSS)对患者治疗前后膝关节功能进行评价,采用VAS评分评估两组患者治疗前后疼痛情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低,LKSS评分均较治疗前升高,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,LKSS评分显著高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射能够有效降低KOA患者疼痛,改善患者膝关节功能,在KOA患者中应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of warming acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection on knee joint function and pain visual analogue(VAS)score in patients with knee osteoarthritis,to provide theoretical reference for clinical treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:158 cases of knee osteoarthritis who were diagnosed and treated in orthopedics department of our hospital were selected,according to the admission time,they were randomly divided into two groups,79 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,the observation group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with warm acupuncture.Lysholm knee rehabilitation scale score(LKSS)was used to evaluate the knee function before and after treatment,and the pain before and after treatment was evaluated by VAS score in two groups.Result:After treatment,VAS scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,LKSS scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,LKSS score was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can effectively reduce the pain of patients with KOA,improve the knee function of patients,and has higher application value in patients with KOA.
