Objective:To study and explore the diagnostic significance of C-reactive protein and blood routine in detect respiratory infectious diseases.Method:Venous blood samples obtained from 400 patients with respiratory infection were tested by C-reactive protein and blood routine test from June to December 2016.Regard C-reactive protein levels and blood routine test(the total number of white blood cells, the count of neutral cell,or the count of lymphocyte cell)out of the normal range as positive, the positive rate of C-reactive protein, blood routine, and any positive in two detections were calculated.Result:The positive rate of C-reactive protein, blood routine test and any positive in two detections, were respectively 71.50%,61.75%and 84.50%.The rate of any positive in two detections was the highest, followed by the rate of C-reactive protein, the blood routine test was lowest. The differences of the rates are significant among three ones(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of respiratory infectious diseases, the indexes of C-reactive protein and blood routine can reflect the infection status and degree of infection to some extent, but C-reactive protein can quickly reflect the true status of body, the diagnosis will be more advantageous to the type and degree of infectious disease, and provide proofs for the clinical diagnosis,if combined C-reactive protein with blood routine.
