细致化护理在鼻内镜下微波联合生长因子凝胶治疗鼻出血患者中的应用效果

Effect of Meticulous Nursing in Nasal Hemorrhage under Endoscopic Microwave Combined with Growth Factor Gel Therapy

目的:探讨细致化护理模式在鼻内镜下微波联合生长因子凝胶治疗鼻出血患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年4月-2017年4月于本院进行鼻内镜下微波联合生长因子凝胶治疗的60例鼻出血患者的临床资料,依照护理方式不同分为对照组和研究组,其中对照组28例患者采用常规护理模式,研究组32例患者采取细致化护理模式,观察两组患者的治疗效果、复发及并发症发生情况,同时采用医院自制问卷调查患者对护理服务的满意度。结果:研究组患者的止血时间(4.15±0.27)min、创面愈合时间(6.85±2.27)d、住院时间(10.74±1.81)d和治疗费用(3 095.76±50.17)元均明显低于对照组患者的(8.97±0.64)min、(15.63±3.59)d、(13.65±2.24)d和(5 183.24±45.33)元(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为3.13%,明显低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05)。在治疗后4周内,研究组和对照组复发率分别为0、14.29%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对护理服务的总满意度为96.88%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下微波联合生长因子凝胶治疗的鼻出血患者应用细致化护理模式能够有效缩短鼻出血及创面愈合时间,降低患者再次出血的风险及治疗费用,避免并发症,可使患者对护理服务的满意程度大幅度提高,为保证治疗效果奠定了基础。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of meticulous nursing model in nasal hemorrhage under endoscopic microwave combined with Growth Factor Gel therapy.Method:The data of 60 patients with nasal hemorrhage treated by microwave combined with Growth Factor Gel under endoscopic in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to different nursing methods.28 patients in the control group were taken with routine nursing model,32 patients in the study group were taken with meticulous nursing model.The effect,recurrence and complication of two groups after treatment were observed.At the same time,the hospital self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the patients.Result:The hemostasis time(4.15±0.27)min,the wound healing time(6.85±2.27)d,the hospitalization time(10.74±1.81)d and the treatment cost(3 095.76±50.17)yuan of the study group were significantly lower than(8.97±0.64)min,(15.63±3.59)d,(13.65±2.24)d and(5 183.24±45.33)yuan of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after treatment in the study group was 3.13%,significantly lower than 28.57%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of nasal hemorrhage in the study group and the control group were 0 and 14.29%at 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the nursing staff in the study group was 96.88%,significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of meticulous nursing model in nasal hemorrhage treated by microwave combined with Growth Factor Gel under endoscopic can effectively shorten the time of epistaxis and wound healing,reduce the risk of rebleeding and the cost of treatment,avoid the occurrence of complications,and can make the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing service greatly improved to ensure the treatment of patients with epistaxis laid the foundation for the prognosis.
