摘要
无柄目是潮间带生态以及海洋污损生物研究中的模式生物.对无柄目17科77属274种的4种核基因(RP-Ⅱ,EF1,18S,H3)618条核酸序列分别进行了多序列比对及系统发育分析.基于3种核基因RP-Ⅱ,18S和H3的进化树显示,在藤壶亚目Balanomorpha中,古藤壶科Archaeobalanidae、藤壶科Balanidae和塔藤壶科Pyrgomatidae形成单系总科Balanoidea;小藤壶科Chthamalidae与笠藤壶科Tetraclitidae成为单系总科Balanoidea的姊妹进化分支,小藤壶科位于系统进化树的基部.基于RP-Ⅱ,EF1和H3的进化树显示,笠藤壶科和小藤壶科是单系群,而藤壶科和古藤壶科是否为单系群尚需进一步探讨.
The Sessilia are model organisms in the study of intertidal ecology and marine biofouling.In this study,618 nucleotide sequences of 4 nuclear genes(RP-Ⅱ,EF1,18 S,H3)from 274 species of Sessilia were aligned,which belonged to 17 different families and 77 different genera,and then phylogenetic trees were constructed separately.The phylogenetic trees of nucleotide sequence based on RP-Ⅱ,18 S and H3 showed that Archaeobalanidae,Balanidae and Pyrgomatidae together formed monophyletic super family Balanoidea.Chthamalidae and Tetraclitidae appeared as sister groups to the super family Balanoidea.Meanwhile,the evolutionary trees based on RP-Ⅱ,EF1 and H3 indicated that Chthamalidae and Tetraclitidae were monophyletic.However,Balanidae and Archaeobalanidae is whether or not monophyletic should be investigated in the future.
