摘要
以切花红掌品种‘热情’(‘Tropical’)为材料,研究了基质花泥、珍珠岩、陶粒和椰糠对切花红掌栽培生长发育的影响,以期筛选出低成本、优质的花泥替代基质。结果表明:花泥和珍珠岩中红掌植株的各项生长发育指标均显著或明显优于其它基质,且两者之间无显著性差异。根据4种基质中红掌植株生长发育的综合评价指数,4种基质中优质切花红掌的生产能力依次为:花泥(0.80)>珍珠岩(0.74)>陶粒(0.43)>椰糠(0.21)。这说明成本较低的珍珠岩可作为温室切花红掌生产的经济型基质,该结论对于切花红掌的可持续发展具有重要实践指导价值。
The effects of oasis,perlite,ceramsite and coconut bran on the growth and development of Anthurium andraeanum‘Tropical’were investigated in order to screen low-cost and appropriate oasis-alternative substrate.The results showed that the growth and development indexes of the A.andraeanum in oasis and perlite were significantly better than those of other substrates,and there was no significant difference between them.According to the comprehensive evaluation index of growth and development in four substrates,the production capacity of high-quality A.andraeanum in four substrates was as follows:oasis(0.80)>perlite(0.74)>ceramsite(0.43)>coconut bran(0.21).Low-cost perlite can be used as an economical substrate for the production of A.andraeanum in greenhouse.This finding has important practical guiding value for the sustainable development of the A.andraeanum.
