摘要
以济南市为研究区域,通过遥感识别土地利用类型,探究城镇化进程中济南市土地利用变化特征。利用ENVI4.7软件对1990-2015年6期遥感影像进行处理,分析济南市土地利用数量变化特征,在此基础上,研究城镇化进程中济南市土地利用动态变化。结果表明:1990年和2015年,济南市土地利用程度指数分别为256.23和275.72,说明在研究期内济南市土地利用程度有所提高;1990~2015年间济南市土地利用程度变化量为19.49,土地利用程度变化率7.61%>0,表明济南市土地利用正处于发展期。济南城镇化快速发展对建设用地需求大,建设用地占用耕地现象严重,城镇化的过程中协调好耕地和建设用地之间的矛盾,加强现有建设用地潜力挖掘和农村居民点整治力度,是促进人地关系协调和可持续发展的必由之路。未利用地开发可以成为增加耕地、拓展建设发展空间的有效途径。研究结果可以为今后济南市城镇化发展过程中因地制宜,统筹规划各类土地合理利用提供科学依据。
Taking Jinan as the research area,by using remote sensing to identify land use types,this paper explores the characteristics of land use change in Jinan during the urbanization process.Six remote sensing images from 1990 to 2015 were processed by using ENVI4.7 software,and the characteristics of land use quantity change in Jinan were analyzed.On the basis of this,the dynamic change of land use in Jinan was studied in the process of urbanization.The results show that,1990 and 2015,Jinan land use degree index were 256.23 and 275.72,this proofs that the land use degree of Jinan has improved in the study period.During the period of 1990-2015,the change of land use degree in Jinan was 19.49,and the change rate of land use degree 7.61%>0,it indicated that the land use in Jinan was in the developing period.With the rapid development of urbanization in Jinan,the demand for construction land is great,the cultivated land occupied by construction land is serious,the contradiction between cultivated land and construction land is well coordinated in the course of urbanization,and the potentiality of existing construction land and the renovation of rural residential areas are strengthened.It is the only way to promote the coordination and sustainable development of man-land relationship.Unused land development can be an effective way to increase the cultivated land and expand the development space of construction land.The results can provide a scientific basis for planning the rational use of various kinds of land according to local conditions in the process of urbanization in Jinan in the future.
