分析上海男排拦网技术的现状,找出优弱点,提出针对性训练和比赛参考方案.研究方法:采用视频解析法、数据统计法,对2016-2017赛季全国联赛上海男排半决赛和决赛的拦网运用及效果进行分析,并与进入半决赛和决赛的对手北京、八一男排两队进行对比.研究结果:上海男排与北京、八一男排拦网水平差距不大,在单人拦网的运用上多于北京、八一男排,在双人拦网的运用上少于北京、八一男排.上海男排单人拦网得分能力强于北京、八一男排.上海男排三人拦网得分率和失误率均高于北京、八一男排.上海为取得优异成绩,在今后训练和比赛中,在保持单人拦网的优势下,应着重加强双人拦网和三人拦网训练.

The block analysis of Shanghai Men's Volleyball helps to find out its weak and strong points and to offer a tarfeted training and a reference to match.Method:The video frequency analysis and data statistics is adopted to analyze the block and its effects of Shanghai Men's Volleyball in semifinal and final in 2016-2017 Season and compare its opponents Beijing and Bayi team which has entered semifinal and final match.Results:Compared with Beijing and Bayi Men's Volleyball teams,Shanghai Men's Volleyball team has no obvious gap whose single block is more than its opponents and the effect is better than its opponents while whose two men block or three men block is less than its opponents and its effect is worse than its opponent.Conclusion:For a better score,Shanghai team should pay more training in two men or three men block when keeping the advantages of single block.
