摘要
达州市"住培"教学实践中临床思维和临床技能结合培养方面主要存在片面性、局限性、盲目性等问题.采用三年递进式的培养模式构建达州市"住培"临床思维与临床技能结合培养体系,将有助于该市的"住培"学员形成正确的、全面的、有实践依据的临床思维以及更加灵活的、熟练的、准确的临床技能.
The training of clinical thinking and skill has such problems as one-sidedness,boundedness and blindness in training the"resident doctors"in Dazhou.The training model of three-year progressive fomula can help construct the training system for the"resident doctors"with clinical thinking and skill,which can help them form a right,all-round and pursuant clinical thinking and hold a more flexible,experienced and accurate skill.
