摘要
介绍了一种用于600 MW超临界机组二次再热减温水调节阀,利用有限元法对二次再热器减温水调节阀进行强度校核及热结构耦合分析;为了解流动特性,在不同开度工况下进行流通能力仿真计算。研究表明该阀材料选择合理,结构强度满足设计要求;流场分析得到的流通能力值与试验误差控制在3%以内,调解性能良好,对工程中二次再热减温水调节阀的设计及运行具有指导意义。
This paper introduces a secondary reheater desuperheating water regulating valve of 600 MW supercritical unit,and we carry out the strength check and the thermal structure coupling analysis of regulating valve by using the finite element method.In order to understand the flow characteristics,the simulation calculation of flow capacity is also carried out under different opening conditions.The research shows that the material of the valve is reasonably selected and the structural strength meets the design requirements;the error of flow capacity value is controlled within 3%between test and flow field analysis,and the mediation performance is good,which is instructive for design and operation of secondary reheater desuperheating water regulating valve in the project.
