基于TCP/IP的连退机组语音报警系统设计与实现

摘要 基于连退机组的实际生产需求,利用C/S体系架构、Winsock技术及数据库设计出一款基于TCP/IP通信的语音报警系统。该系统采用TCP/IP通讯技术从过程控制层中获取设备状态数据,通过服务器和客户端对实时数据的在线采集与分析,生成故障信息并保存到数据库中,同时,利用厂区内的网络通信实现机组出入口的同步语音报警。在系统实际上线工作后,运行状态稳定,大大地降低了机组故障率,提高了生产效率,实现了项目的需求。 Based on the actual production demand of the continuous annealing unit,a speech alarm system based on TCP/IP communication is designed by using C/S architecture,Winsock technology and database in this paper.The system uses TCP/IP communication technology to obtain device status data from the process control layer.Through the real-time data acquisition and analysis of the server and the client,fault information is generated and saved into the database.At the same time,the synchronous voice alarm of the inlet and outlet of the unit is realized by means of network communication in the factory area.After the actual operation of the system,the operation state is stable,the unit failure rate is greatly reduced,the production efficiency is improved,and the demand of the project is realized.
