Main Modules of Information Management Platform for Property Company

随着发展如何更快、更高效、更低成本进行物业管理,已经成为了物业管理公司急需解决的问题,因此进行信息化管理平台建设是非常可行的办法。在详细调研物业公司对于信息化平台具体需求的基础上,决定前端采用Boot Strap开发框架,用Java语言作为后台开发语言,数据库使用My SQL,利用My Batis技术实现数据持久化,采用了当前流行的SSM框架技术,用Eclipse作为集成开发环境,开发了一个B/S架构的小区物业管理系统。对物业管理系统的需求进行具体分析,具体论述了费用测算模块与项目管理模块的设计与开发,实现了信息化技术与小区现代化管理思想的结合,为实现智能化小区奠定了基础。

On the basis of a detailed investigation of the specific needs of property companies for information technology platform,the front end adopts BootStrap development framework,uses Java language as the background development language,uses MySQL as the database,and uses MyBatis technology to achieve data persistence.It adopts the popular SSM framework technology,using Eclipse as an integrated development environment,developed a residential property management system which adopts B/S structure of the.This paper concretely analyzes the demand of property management system,elaborates the development of cost estimation module and project management module,realizes the combination of information technology and modern management idea of the district,and lays the foundation for the realization of intelligent community.
