Development of Control System for Assembly Line of Oil Pump Based on PLC

为了生产出合格的机油泵,提高产品的一致性和生产效率,研发一条基于PLC的机油泵装配线。系统采用西门子公司SIMATIC S7-300系列PLC作为控制系统的主控制器,以触摸屏为人机界面,设计完成装配系统的软硬件。该控制系统在实际设备上运行良好,满足客户设计要求。

In order to produce qualified oil pump,improve product consistency and production efficiency,an oil pump assembly line based on PLC has been developed in this paper.The system uses the SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 series PLC as the main controller of the control system,and the touch screen is used as the Human Machine Interface.The hardware and software of the assembly system are designed and completed.The control system runs well on the actual equipment to meet customer design requirements.
