摘要
根据圆纬机发展趋势以及生产工艺要求,结合嵌入式技术,对圆纬机智能化、网络化进行了研究,提出了一种适应多产区、多车间的集人员管理、配电检测、联网监管、实时控制于一体的针织圆纬机智能控制系统。在现有平台上长期测试,测试结果表明系统运转稳定,各模块工作正常,圆纬机控制智能化水平极大提高。
This paper is based on the development trend of circular knitting machine and production process requirements.Combined with embedded technology.The research on the intelligent and network of circular machine is studied.This paper presents a kind of intelligent control system for knitting circular knitting machine which integrates the management of personnel,distribution control,network regulation and real-time control in multi-producing area and multi-workshop.Long-term test on the existing platform,the test results show that the system is stable,the module is working properly,circular machine control intelligent level greatly improved.
