透镜到钢液表面距离对LIBS定量分析成分的影响 被引量:3

摘要 运用激光诱导击穿光谱技术对钢液中多元素成分进行定量分析时,准确的光谱强度,对最后钢液中各成分定量分析得到的结果的准确度至关重要。实验过程中发现,透镜到钢液表面距离不同,对激光诱导光谱的测量的影响也不相同。实验中选用选用Nd:YAG脉冲激光器、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,ICCD检测仪和电脑等组成的LIBS实验系统。结果表明透镜到钢液表面的距离跟光谱强度的测量结果密切相关,并非焦点在钢液表面时光谱强度最强。且焦点在平面上方时击穿空气,对结果影响较大,不宜用于光谱测量。 In the quantitative analysis of multi-element elements in liquid steel by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy,the accurate spectral strength and the accuracy of the quantitative analysis of the components in the final liquid steel are very important.It is found that the distance between the lens and the liquid steel is different,and the influence on the measurement of the laser-induced spectra is also different.LIBS experimental system consisting of Nd?押YAG pulse laser,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer,ICCD detector and computer was selected.The results show that the distance between the lens and the liquid surface is closely related to the measurement of the spectral intensity.
