基于物联网技术的小区停车位共享平台的设计与开发

Community Parking Space Sharing Platform Based on Io T Technology

随着人们生活水平的普遍提升,私家车的数量正在迅猛增长,由此带来的停车位紧张、停车难问题也成为了人们日常生活和出行的大难题,与此同时,居民小区的私家车位利用率却极低。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于物联网技术的小区停车位共享平台的设计。首先设计了一种基于无线传感网的智能地锁设备,用于管理车位主共享的车位,然后通过分析停车位共享平台的业务需求,确定了系统中各角色用户以及它们之间的交互模型,建立了以停车位为核心的系统软件模型与功能框架,之后采用Java Web和Android技术开发面向各用户的移动应用软件,成功搭建起各方之间的沟通,最终实现安装人员安装智能地锁,车位主发布车位共享信息,普通用户预约使用车位,维修人员维修故障地锁等流程的智能化、网络化和数据化,对推动解决停车难问题具有重要意义。

This paper proposes a community based on the technology of Internet of things the design of parking space sharing platform.First of all,this paper designs an intelligent lock device based on wireless sensor network,is used to manage parking main shared parking,and then through the analysis of the business needs of parking space sharing platform,to determine the role of the user of the system and the interaction model between them,parking space as the core of the system model is established and function framework.
