基于木工行业生产的流程业务模式和生产组织特点,提出一种基于大数据的针对木工行业加工新模式,实现从生产订单下达到产品完成整个生产过程的数据处理、实时控制和生产信息化管理,对木工生产全过程进行跟踪与管理。结合实践案例,给出了相应的解决方案。
