摘要
国内配电网的发展面临着网架结构复杂、分布式电源接入导致潮流双向、网络设备组网复杂难度大、网络明文传输易受到攻击的问题。为此,采用GOOSE的配电网自适应拓扑技术、配电网差动保护技术、PTN和4G-LTE双网通信自动切换技术、双向身份认证和数据密文传输硬件加密技术,对配电网终端装置进行优化设计。通过搭建仿真测试系统,验证了终端设备和通信系统的可靠性。
The development of the domestic distribution network is faced with complex grid structure,two-way flow due to distributed power access,difficult and the plaintext transmission vulnerable problem.This project uses the GOOSE distribution network,adaptive topology technology,the distribution network differential protection technology,PTN and 4G-LTE dual network communication automatic switching technology,bidirectional identity authentication and the ciphertext data transmission hardware en-cryption technology,to optimize the design of power distribution terminal device.By building a simulation test system,the reliability of terminal equipment and communication system was verified.
