《国家情报法》视野下我国情报学发展动向的思考

Intelligence Science Development Tendency in China: a National Intelligence Law Horizon

[目的/意义]《国家情报法》对我国情报学的长远发展将会带来较大的影响和冲击;探讨此问题对于我国情报学的发展具有积极参考意义。[方法/过程]结合《国家情报法》的相关条款,分析我国情报学的发展趋势。[结果/结论]认为《国家情报法》视野下的我国情报学发展将呈现三个动向:面向发展、面向国家安全、面向变革,即:《国家情报法》的颁布带来我国情报学发展的"春天";我国情报学的长远战略应以"国家安全"为核心;《国家情报法》的出台促使我国情报学教育发生变革。

[Purpose/Significance]The National Intelligence Law will bring great influence and impact on the long-range development of intelligence science in China.It is of active reference meaningfulness for the development of intelligence science to discuss this issue.[Method/Process]Combining the relevant articles in the National Intelligence Law,the paper analyzes the development tendency of the Intelligence Science in China.[Result/Conclusion]Intelligence Science's development in China under the visual field of the National Intelligence Law will show three orientations:development,national security and reform.That is to say,the promulgation of the National Intelligence Law brings a development"Spring"for the Intelligence Science in China;the long-range strategy of the Intelligence Science should take"National Security"as the core;the introduction of the National Intelligence Law will help reform the national intelligence science education.
