Domestic Anti-Terrorism Research: Realistic Predicament and Path Selection

[目的/意义]在微观视域下强化对恐怖主义的源头性问题研究,拓展对宗教极端的认识广度和深度;在宏观视域中构建模块化学科分类体系,延伸对反恐研究的认识高度和宽度,探寻符合实际需要的反恐研究知识体系和理论框架的实现路径和方法。[方法/过程]比较国际、国内对宗教极端的法律界定及其实践过程,考查宗教极端的法治化治理途径,总结和提炼反恐研究知识体系及其理论框架的核心内容。[结果/结论]研究发现,以剖析恐怖主义源头性问题即宗教极端的本质特征为起点,以构建模块化学科分类体系为内容,使基础性、前瞻性问题与应用性问题深度融合,是形成中国特色反恐研究知识体系和理论框架的现实路径和战略选择。

[Purpose/Significance]The aim of this research is to strengthen the study on the sources of terrorism and expand the extent and depth of understanding of religious extremism from the microscopic perspective,and construct a modularized subject classification system,stretch the height and width of understanding of anti-terrorism research and explore the knowledge system of anti-terrorism research with truthfulness and the path and method of the theoretical framework from the macro perspective.[Method/Process]The research compares the legal definitions and their practices of religious extremism at home and abroad,examines the legalized governance approach of religious extremism and summarizes and refines the core content of anti-terrorism research knowledge system and its theoretical framework.[Result/Conclusion]The research finds that the realistic path and strategic choice for forming an anti-terrorism research knowledge system and theoretical framework with Chinese characteristics involves analyzing the source of terrorism-the essence of religious extremism-as the starting point,constructing the modularized subject classification system as the content,and deeply fusing the basic and forward-looking problems with applied problems.
