摘要
伺服系统中,需将双通道旋转变压器输出的模拟信号经粗精组合编码转换变成表征角度位置的数字信号。如双通道旋转变压器使用不当或产品自身有缺陷,会出现编码错误。本文对编码错误现象进行归类,推导出接线不正确对粗精机组合编码的影响,并给出了双通道旋转变压器在系统中出现编码错误的检测及处理方法。
In the servo system,the output analog signal of the dual speed resolver is converted into digital signal representing the angle position.If a dual speed resolver is improperly used or defective,a coding error will occur.This paper classified the phenomena of coding errors.The influence of incorrect wiring on the combination of coarse code and fine code was deduced,and the detection and processing method of the coding error in the system was given.
