我国跨境电商现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cross-Border E-commerce in China

自2001年中国加入世贸组织以来,对外贸易取得了巨大成就。近年来,相比传统外贸成本高、风险大、中间环节多的缺点,跨境电商因其成本低、数额小、速度快的特点掀起了对外贸易新热潮。但我国跨境电商在取得巨大成就的同时还存在通关退税难、物流渠道不健全、人才欠缺等制约因素,本文通过对跨境电商数据和相关理论模型的分析,总结我国跨境电商的现状、原因和需要解决的问题,并以此为依据提出了相应的对策。

Since China's accession to the WTO in 2001,tremendous achievements have been made in its foreign trade.In recent years,compared with the high cost of traditional foreign trade,high risks and many intermediate links,cross-border electricity suppliers have set off a new wave of foreign trade due to their low cost,small amount and high speed.However,great achievements have been made in cross-border e-commerce in our country.At the same time,there are still some drawbacks such as difficulty in customs tax rebate,unsound logistics channels and lack of qualified personnel.Based on the analysis of cross-border e-commerce data and related theoretical models,The status quo,the reasons and the problems which need to be solved.Based on this,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
