大学生创业现状问题与解决——以上海市临港大学城为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures of College Students' Entrepreneurship A Case Study of Lingang University City in Shanghai

随着大学生就业形势的日益严峻与"大众创新、万众创业"浪潮的推进,大学生创业、就业已成为显而易见的社会问题之一。国家及地方出台一系列优惠政策鼓励、支持大学生创业,试图以创业带动就业,然而创业现状依旧问题重重、令人担忧。一方面,社会各界涌现出的大量众创平台及企业孵化器实力不足、缺乏责任意识。另一方面,大学生创新创业能力有限,创业综合素质不足、创业资金链不顺等问题极大地限制了大学生创业的发展。本论文正是从以上几个方面以上海市浦东新区临港大学城为例,阐述创业现状的种种问题,并提出解决方案,在打破传统商业模式的基础上,创建一个新的商业模式即"区域综合服务体平台——CQZC(出奇众创)"。

With the gradual employment situation of college students and the tide of野public innovation and all kinds of entrepreneur鄄ship冶,entrepreneurship and employment have become one of the obvious social problems.A series of preferential policies are pro鄄mulgated by the state and local governments to encourage college students to start their own businesses and start their careers with employment.However,the entrepreneurial status quo still weighs heavily and is worrying.On the one hand,there is not enough strength and lack of sense of responsibility for a large number of mass creation platforms and business incubators emerging from all walks of life.On the other hand,the limited ability of students to innovate and start a business,the insufficiency of the overall quality of starting an undertaking and the imbalance of the venture capital fund greatly limit the development of the undertaking of under鄄graduates.This thesis is exactly from the above aspects with the city of Pudong New Area,Shanghai Lingang University City as an example,explain the status quo of entrepreneurship problems,and propose the ultimate solution to break the traditional business model,based on the creation of a new business model that野Regional integrated service platform-CQZC(surprising public record).冶
