经济全球化进程迫使企业求变而不断学习以适应市场,把学习力转化到提升竞争力和经济效益的过程中,提出构建学习环境和激励机制的途径。决策者、管理者应当学会沟通并意识到创建学习型组织的重要性,在学习过程中学会系统思考并更新思考方法,从而实现自我超越,提高企业的创新能力。
