酪酸梭菌活菌散联合蒙脱石散对急性细菌感染性腹泻患儿肠黏膜功能的影响

Effects of butyric acid bacteria living bacterium combined with montmorillonite powder on intestinal mucosa function in children with acute bacterial infectious diarrhea

目的探讨酪酸梭菌活菌散联合蒙脱石散对急性细菌感染性腹泻患儿肠黏膜功能的影响。方法将2015-01~2016-12该院收治的急性细菌感染性腹泻患儿90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各45例。两组均给予调整饮食、口服补液盐、纠正水电解质酸碱失衡紊乱等常规治疗,对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,研究组则在对照组的基础上给予酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗。比较两组临床症状、体征改善情况,血浆二胺氧化酶(DAO)和D-乳酸(D-Lac)情况。结果研究组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组止泻时间、退热时间、纠正脱水时间和粪常规恢复正常时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗3 d后血浆DAO和D-Lac水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗急性细菌感染性腹泻,可有效改善患儿临床症状,缩短止泻时间,改善患儿肠黏膜功能,且不良反应少,值得应用于临床。

Objective To study the effects of butyric acid bacteria living bacterium combined with montmorillonite powder on intestinal mucosa function in children with acute bacterial infectious diarrhea.Methods 90 children with acute bacterial infectious diarrhea were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 and were divided into the control group(n=45)and the research group(n=45)by the random number table method.The children in the two groups were given adjusted diet,oral rehydration salts,correction of electrolytes and water supply and acid-base balance disorders.Besides these treatments,the control group was given montmorillonite powder and the research group was given butyric acid bacteria living bacterium plus the same treatment as the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms,signs,plasma diamine oxidase(DAO)and D-lactic acid(D-Lac)were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The research group was superior to the control group at the time of checking diarrhea,fever clearance,correction of dehydration and stool routine test returning to normal(P<0.05).The levels of plasma DAO and D-Lac in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group 3 days after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Butyric acid bacteria living bacterium combined with montmorillonite powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the time of diarrhoea,improve the function of intestinal mucosa,and has less adverse reactions in the treatment of acute bacterial infectious diarrhea in children.
