摘要
在人力资源管理中加强对绩效考核的应用,不仅可以切实保证员工的基本利益,还能有效提升石化企业的核心竞争力。论文从绩效考核在人力资源管理中的作用出发,首先分析了当前阶段我国石化企业绩效考核的应用现状,然后具体分析了加强绩效考核在石化企业人力资源管理中应用的有效措施,希望对我国石化企业人力资源管理水平的提升有所帮助。
To strengthen the application of performance appraisal in human resources management,not only can ensure the basic interests of employees,but also effectively enhance the core competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises.Based on the function ofperformance appraisal in human resource management,thispaper analyzes the current situation of the application of performance appraisal of petrochemical enterprises at the present stage,and then concretely analyzes the effective measures to strengthen the application of performance appraisal in the human resource management of petrochemical enterprises,and hopes to improve the human resource management level of our petrochemical enterprises.
