摘要
在知识经济管理体系逐渐成为当今时代主流的大背景下,结合我国铁路系统长期处于国有管控的情况,对其知识人才、管理干部、广大职工的劳资关系中存在的问题进行了深入分析。铁路系统由于长期受到传统劳资管理模式的影响,导致整体劳资管理工作比较落后,人力资源实际应用匮乏,劳资关系紧张等。因此,需要具体完善创新相应的劳资管理模式,进而提高广大职工的积极性与幸福感,为我国铁路事业的蓬勃发展打下良好基础。
Under the background that knowledge economy management system gradually becoming the mainstream of the times,combined with the long-term state-owned management and control of China's railway system,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the problems existing in the labor relations of its knowledge talents,management cadres and employees.The railway system is affected by the traditional labor management mode for a long time,resulting in the problems as overall management of labor,capital work is relatively backward,lack of practical application of human resources,labor relations and so on.Therefore,we need to improve and innovate the corresponding management mode.Furthermore,to improve the enthusiasm and well-being of the majority of workers,to lay a good foundation for the vigorous development of China's railway industry.
