从铁路春运看我国铁路客运的风险管理

The Risk Management of Railway Passenger Transport in China from the View of Railway Spring Festival

铁路是我国的主要交通运输方式,每年春运期间都有大量的人员乘坐铁路出行。在这样的背景下,论文从铁路春运角度对我国铁路客运的风险管理课题进行研究。此次研究从春运期间铁路客运的风险特点分析着手,对春运期间铁路客运的风险管理策略进行重点讨论,研究的主要目的是明确铁路春运期间铁路客运风险管理的重要性,进而提升铁路客运的风险管理水平,以此来保障铁路客运春运期间的人民生命财产安全。

Railway is the main transportation mode of our country,there are a large number of people traveling by railway during the Spring Festival.Under such background,this paper studies the subject of risk management for railway passenger transport in China from the view of railway Spring Festival.This study starts with the analysis of the risk characteristics of railway passenger transport during the Spring Festival,and discusses the risk management strategy of railway passenger transport during the Spring Festival.The main purpose of this paper is to make clear of the importance of railway passenger transport risk management during the Spring Festival,and then to improve the management level of risk management of railway passenger transport,so as to guarantee the safety of people's life and property during the Spring Festival.
