随着中国经济的不断发展,对国有企业的管理模式也提出了越来越高的要求,传统的企业管理方式已经不再适应当今经济社会的发展,因此必须对国有企业进行扁平化革新,论文主要从企业经营管理和扁平化管理的定义和特点、扁平化管理所具有的优点和不足、扁平化管理在国有企业的应用及其注意问题等方面对国有企业的扁平化管理进行探讨和分析。

With the continuous development of China's economy,the management mode of state-owned enterprises has also raised higher and higher requirements.The traditional way of enterprise management is no longer suitable for the development of today's economic society.Therefore,it is necessary to make flat innovation to state-owned enterprises.This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the flat management of state-owned enterprises from the aspects of the definition and characteristics of enterprise management and flat management,the advantages and disadvantages of flat management,the application of flat management in state-owned enterprises and their attentive problems.
