Budget management and cost control are important components of current power enterprise management,which have a great impact on the overall development of enterprises.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the budget management and cost control of power supply enterprises at present,and puts forward some improvement suggestions for further improving the budget management and cost control of enterprises,to provide reference for relevant staffs.
