国有铁路企业劳动定额管理存在的问题分析

Analysis on the Problems of Labor Quota Management in State-Owned Railway Enterprises

针对国有铁路企业劳动定额管理相关问题,做了简单的论述。新时期,国有铁路企业深化改革,企业发展面临着重大挑战,如何提高企业管理效率,增强企业竞争力,成为摆在国有铁路企业发展面前的问题。现结合劳动定额管理存在的问题,提出相应的解决措施。

This paper makes a brief discussion on the problems related to the labor quota management of the state-owned railway enterprises.In the new period,the reform of state-owned railway enterprises is deepened,and the development of enterprises is facing great challenges.How to improve the efficiency of enterprise management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become a problem facing the development of state-owned railway enterprises.Now,in the light of the problems existing in the labor quota management,the corresponding measures are put forward.
