China's economic development has entered a"new normal".Under the new normal,the county economy as a whole has been running smoothly with some positive changes.At the same time,emerging problems should not be overlooked.This article will take Cangzhou county as an example to focus on the development of the county economy under the new normal conditions and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
