基于多校区办学的高校本科生学业指导路径 被引量:1

摘要 多校区办学背景下,高校学生的学业指导面临师资配置不合理、教学设施不统一、科研资源利用不充分等问题,严重制约了多校区办学的人才培养。本文提出了解决多校区办学高校的学业指导路径,通过理清多校区办学问题、建立健全学业指导框架体系、细化学业指导工作实施几个方面详细介绍了这一指导路径。通过这一指导体系,能够更好地引导学生适应不同阶段不同校区的专业学习,克服多校区办学带来的问题,确保这一政策的有效施行和可持续的高校教育。 In the context of multi-campus education,the academic guidance for college students is facing difficulities such as the unreasonable allocation of teachers,the unification disunity of teaching facilities,and the insufficient utilization of scientific research resources,which seriously restricts the talent development of multi-campus universities.This paper puts forward the way to solve the academic guidance problems.This guidance path is introduced in detail by clarifying the problems of multi-campus,establishing and improving the guidance system,and refining the guidance.Through this guidance system,it is possible to guide students preferably to meet the professional learning in multi-campus in different stages,overcome the problems brought by multi-campus,and ensure the effective implementation of this policy and the sustainable education.
