针刺联合达英-35及克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Daine-35 and Clomiphene in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:通过针刺联合达英-35及克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征,观察患者排卵率及妊娠率,为临床治疗多囊卵巢综合征探索一种新的治疗方法。方法:70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用针刺联合达英-35及克罗米芬治疗,对照组达英-35及克罗米芬疗法。结果:两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平及卵巢体积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组睾酮(T)水平低于对照组,卵巢基础窦卵泡计数、HCG日子宫内膜厚度及HCG日优势卵泡数高于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组LUFS率低于对照组,排卵率和妊娠率均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组流产率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺联合达英-35及克罗米芬疗法对多囊卵巢综合征具有较好的疗效。

Objective:To explore a new therapeutic method for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),which was treated by acupuncture combined with daine-35 and clomiphene.The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were observed.Methods:Seventy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The acupuncture combined with Diane-35 and clomiphene approach was applied for patients in treatment group,while the Diane-35 and clomiphene therapy was utilized in control group.Furthermore,the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and other factors between the two groups were compared.Results:No significant difference was observed in follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels and ovarian volume between the two groups(P>0.05).Based on the statistical analysis,the testosterone levels and LUFS rates in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while basal antral follicle count,endometrial thickness on the day of human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG),dominant follicular numbers on the day of HCG,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate were significantly higher in the treated group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared to the Diane-35 and clomiphene therapy,the acupuncture combined with Diane-35 and clomiphene therapy has a better curative effect on PCOS patients.
