益肝方治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效研究

Clinical study on the efficacy of Yi Gan Fang on chronic hepatitis B

为益肝方联合西药抗病毒疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效,选取103例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为两组,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上再加中药益肝方。结果显示,治疗后两组血常规、尿常规及肾功能没有显著差异,观察组肝功能指标、HBV-DNA的转阴率及血清中的炎性因子的改善程度均较对照组更为明显;观察组的总有效率也较对照组显著提高。益肝方联合西药抗病毒疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎有协同作用,其治疗机制可能与调节免疫功能相关。

To investigate the efficacy of Yigan Decoction combined with western medicine antiviral therapy in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,103 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into control and observation groups.the control group was treated with chemical medicines,the observation group was treated with chemical medicines and Yigan Decoction,results showed that after treatment there was no significant difference in blood routine,urine routine and renal function between 2 groups,but the index of liver function,the level of inflammatory cytokines and serum HBV-DNA negative rate of the observation group were more significant than that of the control group;the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the observation group,suggesting Yigan Decoction may improve the efficacy of chemical medicines on chronic hepatitis B,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of immune function.
