蛛网膜下腔出血患者再出血影响因素的多元回归分析 被引量:4

摘要 回顾性分析146例蛛网膜下腔出血患者临床资料,依据是否发生再出血分为未出血组(117例)和出血组(29例)。使用单因素分析和多因素分析考察蛛网膜下腔出血患者再出血的危险因素,为改善蛛网膜下腔出血的治疗效果提供依据。单因素分析显示,出血组患者年龄、干预时间、动脉瘤大小、Fisher分级、血压与未出血组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,干预时间、动脉瘤大小、Fisher分级、血压分级是蛛网膜下腔出血患者再出血的影响因素。及早治疗并积极控制血压是改善蛛网膜下腔出血患者的有效方式。
