主客观视角下的人文通识课到课率影响因素研究——以华南理工大学人文通识课为例 被引量:6

Subjective and Objective Study on Influence Factors of Attendance Rate in General Education Courses of Humanities—— A Case Study of General Education Courses of Humanities in South China University of Technology

摘要 文章以2016年全年两学期158门人文通识课调研的客观数据和233份人文通识课问卷调查发现的主观看法为对比基础,从主客观视角考察课程因素、教师因素、学生因素以及外界客观因素对人文通识课到课率的影响情况。研究发现,课程因素中的课堂氛围、教师因素中的教师态度以及学生因素中的个人私事对到课率的影响显著。提出加强教师教学能力和职业道德的审查、注重教学质量评估、提高学生思想认识的建议,以增强教师活跃课堂氛围的能力,改善教师态度,降低学生个人私事的影响,最终提升人文通识课到课率。 Based on the objective data obtained from classroom teaching survey undertaken during the 2 semesters in 2016 on 158 genera education courses of humanities and the subjective views found in the questionnaire survey of 233 respondents,a contrastive study of influences of such factors as of course,teacher,student,and exterior objective element on attendance rate of general education courses of humanities is carried out.It is found that classroom atmosphere of the course factors,teacher attitude of the teacher factor,and personal affairs of the student factor are very affective to the attendance rate.It is suggested that an inspection of teacher's teaching ability and professional ethics,a valuation of teaching quality,and an enhancement of student"awareness should be seriously taken into consideration,in order to promote teacher^s ability in activating classroom atmosphere,improve teacher's teaching attitude,and reduce impact of student's personal affairs,and eventually,elevate the attendance rate of general education courses of humanities.
