探究双侧去骨瓣减压术治疗双额叶脑挫裂伤并发中央型脑疝患者效果

Effect of Bilateral Decompressive Craniectomy in the Treatment of Double Frontal Brain Contusion Complicated with Central Cerebral Hernia

目的:观察双额叶脑挫裂伤并发中央型脑疝患者在临床治疗中应用双侧去骨瓣减压术临床疗效及症状改善情况。方法:本试验共选取双额叶脑挫裂伤并发中央型脑疝患者共61例,将所有患者分成研究组30例和对照组31例,对照组采用传统保守治疗,研究组采用双侧去骨瓣减压术,对比两组患者相关临床指标数据变化情况。结果:相比于对照组,研究组患者临床治疗总有效率更高,患者的CSS评分(中国卒中量表评分)、住院时间和重度残疾率均更低(P<0.05),研究组患者临床治疗效果更好。结论:双额叶脑挫裂伤并发中央型脑疝临床治疗中应用双侧去骨瓣减压术临床效果更好,能够达到预期临床治疗效果,同时还能够缩短患者临床治疗时间,促进患者身体恢复,应用于临床治疗具有重要意义。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and symptom improvement of bilateral decompressive craniectomy in the treatment of bilateral frontal contusion and laceration of brain accompanied by central cerebral hernia.Method:61 patients of bilateral frontal brain contusion with central herniation were selected in this experiment,they were divided into study group of 30 cases and control group of 31 cases.The control group was given traditional conservative treatment,the study group was given bilateral decompressive craniectomy.The change of clinical index data of two groups were compared.Result:Compared to the control group,the clinical treatment of patients,the total efficiency in the study group was higher,the CSS score(China stroke score),hospitalization time and severe disability rate in the study group were lower(P<0.05).The study group had better clinical effect in the treatment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of double frontal lobe contusion to craniectomy has better clinical application of bilateral laceration complicated with central herniation,it can achieve the desired clinical outcome,but also can shorten the treatment time of patients,promote patients recover,application in clinical treatment has important significance.
